We want to hear your thoughts on what and how we provide services for children and families in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames.

In this survey, we are exploring a proposal to bring together services from two children's centres in Hampton and Hampton Hill into one vibrant family hub in Hampton. We're eager to know what you think about this idea. There are 27 questions and it will only take around 15 minutes of your time. As a thank you for your time completing the survey, we are giving you the opportunity to be entered into a draw to win a £10 Love to Shop voucher. Please leave your email address at the end of the survey to be entered.

Your feedback from this survey will directly influence decisions made by Achieving for Children and Richmond Council, so your participation truly matters.

If you need any assistance with the survey or prefer a paper copy, the friendly staff at your nearest children's centre are here to help. You can also reach out via email at richmondcc@achievingforchildren.org.uk.

Be a part of shaping a brighter future for our children and families in Richmond – let your voice be heard!

This survey will close at 11pm on Friday 8 December.
