Over the past two years there has been lots of work undertaken to improve services for special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in Kingston. Achieving for Children and the Clinical Commissioning Group are interested in finding out about the current experience of parents and carers of children and young people with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND) in Kingston, in four particular areas.
- The quality of education, health and care (EHC) plans
- The annual review process for EHC plans
- Health services (such as speech and language therapy) and the support provided by your GP
- The relationships between SEND services and parents and parent representatives
We will use the information from the feedback to inform our continuing journey to improve SEND services in Kingston.
